First and foremost, the service I received from Colin and the team was second to none. Whenever I had a question that needed answering I could guarantee he would either be on the end of the phone or waiting to reply to my emails, and at the quick fire rate of my questions I would have expected most people to get slightly tired of this but was not the case at all.
In terms of the bass, it’s fantastic. For anyone who is on the hunt for a Fender Jazz bass then give Lakland Joe Osborn series a try first. I had never heard of Lakland until about 3 weeks ago after I decided to buy a new bass. I joined a Bass forum and all the Americans were raving about them being as good and even better then Fenders. The fact that not many UK Artists use them was a big factor too. I received my bass extremely quickly and ready to use (Apart from a quick tune up) out of the box, in fact I am working in the studio tonight with my band and may just take it along!
All in all, great service, great bass and I will be back in the future when they have the Lakland Bob Glaub Signature in stock!
