Then they compare the name and address details you enter on our web site, with the name and address details in their records. If the details you entered do not match EXACTLY with their records, they advise us to comply with card regulations and guidelines and cancel the order.

When is my order charged to my credit card?
• When you submit your order online, a "hold" for the full amount is placed on your card by your card issuer, who verifies that the cardholder name, address and security number you have entered exactly match their own records. If they do, we are then authorised to process the order and the charge is made to your card. Should there be a delay due to card verification problems, stock unavailability or other reasons, we will notify you by email.

Seller's payment instructions:

All sales are conducted in pounds sterling.. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Switch and other debit cards. Payment by credit card is subject to a fee of 3%.
Shipping
• Sound Me Out limited aims to ship out your item with in the companies policy of 4 working days. However, we do try top ship out your goods within 48 hours or 2 working days, sometimes this can not be possible due to weekends, courier services, and faulty instruments. As we carry vintage items we ensure everything works correctly before shipping.
• All items will be shipped via Parcel Force on a 48 hours delivery unless you instruct otherwise. Items have a limit of insurance of £1000 however you can increase this at your own cost if you wish by paying extra amounts for insurance
