UK Shipping Details

Standard Shipping is 48 hours courier within the UK.  Express shipping 24 hours is available but you will have to contact us before to make preparations, purchases must be made AM to enable to ensure couriers can be arranged.

 

Orders Shipping Internationally

We accept Paypal for payment on international orders. For outside the EU  We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged.  We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.

Standard shipping is International for all international shipments, unless otherwise requested.  Email for shipping costs if you would like a different carrier.

Shipping charges are in GBP £.  Please request  The item will not ship out until full payment is made.

Returns

We will accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the item.  Item must be in original condition to receive a full refund.  Also, packaging must be undamaged; otherwise a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.

Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number.  Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

 

Combined Shipping

We can combine shipping for multiple items on most of our products.  Send us an email to receive a combined shipping quote, or simply purchase items, and we will send you a combined Paypal invoice. 

 

Shipping Time Frame

Item ships out within 2 business days generally same day.  If for some reason this timeframe will not be met, you will receive an email explaining the circumstances.  Expedited shipping is available; please email us for costs.  There is no need to request a tracking number after the payment is made. Upon shipment of the item, a tracking number will be sent to the email you have on file with Paypal.  If 5 business days have passed and you still have not received a tracking number, please let us know and we will provide one.

 

Email Requests

We make every attempt to reply to all emails within 24 hours.  If after 48 hours you have not received return emails from us, it may be that your spam filter or alternate email addresses are preventing the email from arriving. Please check any spam or bulk folders for replies.

If you still are not receiving emails, please let us know so we can research the problem.

 

Item Pickup

We are able to provide local pick-up for items.  Contact us BEFORE making plans to do so. We ship from our warehouse, so we will need to make arrangements to make sure it is locally available for you.
